WORKSHOP – Challenging Behaviour
May 25 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm£10
Delivered by Mick Rimmington, Autism Consultant and Behavioural Therapist, this three-hour Challenging Behaviour workshop will help you to develop an understanding of behaviours and why they occur. Behaviours of concern, often more common in neuro-diverse children and adults, this workshop will help you to identify behaviour triggers, as well as useful strategies for avoiding points of crisis (meltdowns).
If you’re a parent/carer of an autistic child, at the start of your own autism journey, or perhaps a professional working with autistic children and adults, then this workshop (a mix of presentation and group conversation) is a great opportunity to learn more about behaviour and how to better support autistic children and adults.
To comply with current Covid-19 regulations, places will be limited so please book now to avoid disappointment. The is the same workshop from 11th May.
We ask that children do not attend this event.
